At the end of July, we wrapped Upscale 2.0 and celebrated in style, as we welcomed 33 new companies to our wider alumni network. This second edition of the programme kicked off back in February this year, and in the six months since then we’ve been privileged to work alongside some of the UK’s fastest growing and most innovative companies as they scale up to even greater heights.

Our graduation party at OMERA in London Bridge was a suitable send off for all the hard work put in by everyone involved with the program, and a chance to celebrate our inductees with a few words of congratulation. Not to mention some top tunes and free flowing cocktails. For a brief flavour of the evening, take a look at our video highlight reel below.

We’d like to reiterate our thanks and appreciation to all of the exceptional founders who bravely took this journey with us, alongside our rockstar Scale Coaches for imparting their priceless experience. The energy, enthusiasm, and focus that they and their teams channeled into each of the 35 workshops helped to ensure the program grew considerably on the solid foundations laid last year.

As we look forward to the future, the goal of Upscale remains unchanged; to provide access to industry leading scaling knowledge and expertise whilst building an unrivalled support network for scaling founders. To ensure we’re doing our best to deliver on this promise, we’ll be collecting feedback from everyone involved in the coming weeks to helps us shape our next steps.
