Anoop and Matt share their honest and open experiences of the recruitment challenges that they’ve faced at Metail and Lyst, touching on the danger of growing your team too quickly, and luring employees to your small tech company from the security of a large corporate.

At the time of filming Metail employed 60 people and were going through a funding round, facing both internal and external pressures to grow their team. Lyst had just emerged on the other side, having doubled their workforce in under a year.
